Your satisfaction is our commitment. At Clube das Camisas, we follow consumer protection regulations to ensure any issues with your purchase are resolved fairly and efficiently.

Right of Withdrawal

You may cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days of receiving the order, as per consumer protection laws. Customized items, being unique, are not eligible for returns due to change of mind. For other products:

• Return the product in its original packaging, unused, with tags attached and all accessories included.

Defective Products

If your item arrives defective, we offer replacement or refund, even for customized products:

• Send photos or videos showing the defect for evaluation.
• We'll respond with a solution within 5 business days.

Exchanges

Request exchanges within 7 calendar days of receipt. Custom items, due to their exclusive nature, are only exchangeable in case of defects or our error.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed according to payment method:

• Credit Card: Refund processed within 7 business days (appearance on statement depends on issuer).
• Bank Slip: Bank transfer within 10 business days to your designated account.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping varies by reason:

• Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping (not applicable to custom items).
• Defect or our error: Shipping covered by Clube das Camisas.

General Conditions

• We don't accept returns or refunds for product misuse.
• Custom items cannot be refunded due to change of mind as they're made exclusively for you.
• Requests outside the specified timeframes won't be processed.
